Music is at the heart of UMF, which is why when remote working took off, they took the opportunity to transform their old spacious offices into a unique concert hall, allowing their employees to relocate into a purpose-built open plan office.

With the team now working more flexibly, the volume of online meetings and phone calls increased, creating a need to tune out the background noise and dial-up the focus.
